Senior Full-Stack Developer Brüssel (m/w/d)

Qinshift is seeking for the KeyClient EUC: The Shared Resource Directorate attached to the Directorate General for Mobility and Transport and the Directorate General for Energy manage a large portfolio of IT projects and systems in multiple domains, from specific policy management to financial, budgetary, administrative and reporting tools.

Our customers are internal users as well as air, transport, energy industry or national transport /energy authorities in Member States.

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:
• Development of front-end website architecture. 
• Design of user interactions on web pages.
• Development of back-end website applications.
• Implement core business logic.
• Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Cross-platform optimisation.
• Design responsive applications.
• Design and develop APIs.
• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Specific Expertise)
• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree
• EU Citizenship
• At least 8 years of experience in JAVA development (min. competence level 5)
• At least 5 years of experience in J2EE/JSP/SF (min. competence level 4)
• At least 5 years of experience in Angular development (min. competence level 4)
• At least 5 years of experience in Spring Boot and JPA (min. competence level 4)
• At least 5 years of experience in Spring (min. competence level 4)
• At least 5 years of experience in Git (min. competence level 4)
