Our unique approach is gradual autonomy with teleoperation first, allowing our drivers – known as Teleoperators – to fully control electric vehicles without actually sitting in them.  

As Senior Customer Project Manager, you will leverage your skills and industry insight to scale FERNRIDE’s customer operations across European countries and making our customers successful.

You will be our customers’ primary point of contact and responsible for building deep and long-term customer relationships.

Planning and executing various complex customer projects, aiming to deploy teleoperation and autonomy solutions for Europe’s largest logistics customers will be part of your tasks.

Besides you'll be responsible for developing Fernride’s customers through all project phases from first pilot project to automating entire yards over several years.

You have several years of proven experience in project and stakeholder management, ideally with a logistics or autonomous driving background? Besides you have expertise in all relevant project management styles (agile, waterfall, etc.) and ability to teach them to junior colleagues?
